The OMAD (One Meal A Day) Diet consists of eating all of your calories in 1 small window during the day.
This places an enormous amount of stress on the body to digest this much food in one sitting.
I don't believe there is ever a real need to do the OMAD diet and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
If you have digestive issues and feel better when you don't eat, then we need to look into the underlying root causes of that particular issue.
Most people adopt these types of diets because they feel better in a fasted state but remember to always look deeper as to why you are having symptoms of bloating, brain fog, gas, etc.
