There are significant upcoming regulatory changes that will be impacting the HVAC industry in 2023 and beyond. In this session we cover minimum efficiency requirements, testing procedure updates and new efficiency rating standards, and the changes coming to refrigerants. We will also discuss the consequences of non-compliance and the enforcement of these new regulations as well as the cost impacts.
