The Sissy Squat is a perfect example of the fact that intelligent lifting and muscle building is NOT about how much weight you’re throwing around, but the INTENSITY with which you do each exercise and the intelligent manipulation of resistance! This squat variation exercise allows you to work your quads extremely well with nothing more than your bodyweight.
