For those of you experiencing the Logitech double-click on the G700 or other Logitech mice, here is a video on replacing the switches. It takes a bit of desoldering and soldering in new switches, but it's not overly difficult.
This technique demonstrated here will also work for other mice as they all seem to use the same style of switch.
