Dr. Randall Otto is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery, including reconstruction and replacement, arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and shoulder and elbow fractures. He has special expertise in total and reverse shoulder replacements and revision shoulder replacements.
Dr. Otto’s research interests include shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder arthritis in the young adult and bone loss in shoulder arthroplasty.
