EASY VEGAN RANCH (OIL FREE) FULL RECIPE ➡️ [ Ссылка ]
The Work in Progress Bread Recipe ⬇️
Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup all purpose flour *
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cups warm water
1. In a large mixing bowl add the flours, active dry yeast, and salt. Stir to combine, Then put the warm water in a small bowl and add the maple syrup to dissolve it.
2. Add the maple syrup water to the large mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together until combined.
3. Preheat the oven to 390 F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the dough in evenly. Cover with a clean, damp tea towel and let it rise for 25 minutes or until level with the edge of the loaf pan.
4. After rising, remove the tea towel and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Lift the bread by the parchment paper out of the loaf pan when done baking and allow to cool before eating. Stores well in a glass container with lid or a sealable ziplock type bag. Can be frozen.
* Or use 4 cups whole wheat pastry flour and no all purpose flour
