Protesters have clashed with police on a second day of demonstrations in the French capital after three people were killed in a Kurdish neighbourhood.

Hundreds of people gathered in Place de la République, where some set fire to vehicles and overturned others. Footage also showed protesters throwing items at French police, who used teargas to try and disperse the crowds.
