This video has a focus on two public transportation vehicles, a short distance away from a bus and rail station for Kingston-upon-Thames.
Seen at the start of the video is a BREL Class 455 electric multiple unit (EMU), while at work on a South Western Railway service. It was operated by a joint venture between FirstGroup and MTR Corporation, at this time. This train was previously a part of the South West Trains fleet, operated by Stagecoach.
Later entering the foreground is BV10 WWR - a Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2, on its way towards Tooting Broadway while in service for the London Bus Route 131. This route was operated by Go-Ahead (London General) at this time, from Merton Bus Garage (AL). This bus carried the name WVN55 under the Go-Ahead London fleet, and was previously a part of the FirstGroup bus fleet as VN37858.
