★ The Facts About Fertility Explained presents the basics about the signs of fertility and their applications for women’s health and family planning. This introduction provides the perfect overview for a general audience that may have not heard about fertility awareness-based methods (FABMs) and highlights how they provide a healthy alternative for family planning. Our speakers are trained to give a presentation designed for non-medical audiences. The webinar highlights how FABMs offer a healthier alternative to conventional methods of birth control for family planning. It also discusses factors women or couples may want to consider when choosing a method that is best for them. The webinar is approximately 1 hour in length, including Q&A, and registration is $20. This curriculum is also available as an in-person speaker presentation.

★ Know Your Body brings the science underlying the female cycle to an age-appropriate level for adolescents. We encourage teenage girls to watch it together with their moms or guardians! The webinar will review the signs of the female cycle that girls can learn to chart using a fertility awareness-based method (FABM). We will also discuss how learning this information can be empowering for teens. The webinar is approximately 1 hour in length, including Q&A, and registration is $20. Dr. Duane is co-founder and Executive Director of FACTS. A Board-certified family physician, she serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Georgetown University, where she directs an introductory course on natural or fertility awareness based methods (NFP/FABMs) of family planning. She is also a physician with Modern Mobile Medicine, a direct primary care (DPC) house calls-based practice serving patients of all ages in the D.C. metropolitan area. She has served on the board of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Family Medicine Education Consortium (FMEC).
