Egg matar masala
Ingredients
5 boiled eggs
1 cup peas
2 onions chopped
2 tomatoes puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chilli chopped
1 tsp Fenugreek powder
Chopped green coriander
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/8 tsp salt +1/8 tsp turmeric powder+1/8 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup+ 1 tbsp oil(for frying eggs)
Method
Prick the boiled eggs and fry them in 1 tbsp oil with salt turmeric and chilli.
In a pan heat oil
Add cumin and fry for a few seconds.
Add onions and saute till pink.now add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell disappear.now add salt chilli powder coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Fry for a few minutes and add a little water.
Now add green chilli and tomato paste.fry for 2-3 minutes then add 1/4 cup water cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add green peas.cook with gravy until oil appears on surface.
Now add a cup of water.
Cover and cook until peas are cooked.
Add Fenugreek powder and garam masala powder.
Then add boiled and fried eggs.
Mix well.
Add chopped coriander.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
