STORYLINE:
Defense leaders gathered on Friday for a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at Ramstein Air Base in Germany.
The group is the main international forum for drumming up military support for Ukraine.
NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin were among leaders that attended the meeting.
Austin said the countries are meeting to "reaffirm unity and our resolve."
Stoltenberg said earlier that he expected countries to “make new announcements of concrete military support to Ukraine.”
