From 21st to 25th February, a group of young women gathered in Nice, France, to participate in the 2022 Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age.

Joining forces around a very special project, these brilliant minds took part in the week-long programme of masterclasses, teamwork, open debates and cultural experiences, learning from world-class leaders and top-level speakers.

The 2022 Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age was attended by 28 students, one from each EU Member State and, for the first time, one representing the 'Western Balkans 6', all selected by an independent jury from among the 2,426 applicants.

After five days of new ideas, friends and everlasting memories, our #NextGenChangeMakers returned home ready to inspire others to change the world.
