The master chef who also happens to be the owner of the shop at Modern Fishing Restaurant (Nasi Goreng Seafood Famous Stulang) is well-known for cooking at least 20 servings of fried rice at a time. And, once the rice full of fresh ingredients is cooked, he skillfully portions and serves it on fresh banana leaves.
The shop which has been around for close to 30 years opens for lunch till 10pm daily.
Besides their best selling fried rice, the seafood restaurant also serves other delicious dishes like grilled fish (Ikan Bakar) and local delights, all at affordable prices.
