With the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic lockdown still ongoing, more people are using parks and the deer art Richmond Park are under more strain by people letting dogs chase them with tragic consequences for mostly the deer, to dogs, innocent by-standers and even owners who will be prosecuted, as it is illegal and dangerous, as this one incident shows.
