STORYLINE:
Spain's football team continued its unbeaten run on Thursday when it beat Russia in the semi-finals of the European Championships.
Spanish supporters were jubilant in Vienna's fan zone when Xavi Hernandez scored the team's first goal of the game.
The end score was three-nil to Spain with Daniel Guiza and David Silva scoring the second and third goals.
They will now go on to face Germany in Sunday's final.
"It has been amazing, three-nil against Russia, now we are going to have this tradition of winning by at least three goals and now we are going to win the cup," said one excited Spanish fan in Vienna.
Other fans chanted "goodbye Germany" over and over in German.
It will be the first final for Spain at a major tournament since losing to France two-nil at Euro 1984.
Spain won the tournament in 1964.
Spanish striker David Villa was replaced in the first half of the semi-final win over Russia after hurting his leg while taking a free kick.
Cesc Fabregas came on for Villa, who limped off the field in the 34th minute, and will miss the final, coach Luis Aragones said.
