Today's exercise is a nice Standing Muffin Top Workout .

➡️ This workout is going to help target those problem areas right in the lower abdominal section, to help get rid of some of that unwanted fat in that area.

This workout is great to help you target those lower lug handles that we all hate, and are dying to get rid of.

It's perfect because it's a quick and effective way to get results.
