Ingredients
Hollandaise Sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of warm melted butter
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Steak
- 1 ribeye or tenderloin
- Salt
- Pepper
Lobster
- 2-3 lobster tails
- Olive oil or butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cajun seasoning
- Garlic powder
Directions
Start out by seasoning your steak with salt and pepper. Pat in seasoning and add to high heat grill. Flip every 2-3 minutes until you’ve reached your desire internal temperature (I cooked mine to 130 so it will be medium rare). Let steak rest for 10-15 minutes. For the lobster, open up the lobster in its shell but don’t take it out. In a bowl combine, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cajun seasoning. Mix and brush mixture on lobster tails. Add to high heat grill and flipping once and cooking until lobster has reached an internal of 135-140. Brush the oil mixture as you cook the lobster. For the hollandaise sauce, do the double boiler method by adding hot water in a pot and adding a bowl on top. Turn the heat to low and add your egg yolks. Whisk and whisk while slowly adding warm melted butter to the mixture. Keep mixing until the mixture has emulsified. Add your lemon juice, salt and cayenne after and give it one more mix. To serve, add your steak slice, lobster tail and hollandaise sauce over lobster. Serve with smash potatoes and crispy broccoli and enjoy!
