A corruption probe in Taiwan has taken a dramatic turn that could ultimately have ramifications for Taiwan-China relations. A court has ordered the release of opposition leader Ko Wen-je, after he was arrested over the weekend for alleged graft. Mr Ko -- who ran for president in January -- is under investigation for his role in a shopping centre redevelopment project when he was Taipei city mayor. Following his release, Mr Ko accused prosecutors of "making up stories" and described their handling of his questioning as "extremely oppressive and abusive". Victoria Jen reports.
