Air Fryer Crispy Rice paper Vegetable Rolls(Recipe -8)
Ingredients and steps:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
Stir fry for few seconds
Add vegetables of your choice
I added 1 cup of cabbage
1 pepper/capsicum
4 green onions
Half white onion1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chinese salt(msg)
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp thai sweet chilli
1 tbsp spicy chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
Stir fry on high heat for 8-10 minutes. Take rice paper
Soak in warm water for 35-40 seconds or until it's soft.
Shape the vegetable rolls.Place the rolls in your air fryer tray or basket. Oil spray on both sides.Air fry at 180ºC for 7 minutes each side. I served these with spicy garlic mayo!
