INGREDIENTS:
●Meat (I have lamb, you can use any) - 900 g
●Onion - 2 pcs
●Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
●Flour - 1 tbsp
●Sour cream - 4 tbsp
●Mustard - 1 tsp
●Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
●Water - 400 ml
●Salt - 1 tsp
●Black pepper - 1 tsp
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until half-cooked
2. Cut the onion into half rings, put the fried meat in another dish.
3. In the same frying pan, fry the onion until soft and add: flour, tomato paste, mustard, sour cream and mix well.
4. Pour in 400 ml of warm water and return the meat to the frying pan.
5. Add salt, black pepper and mix well.
6. Cover with a lid and simmer until soft over low heat.
