Overview
In this session, we focus on changing systems through guiding transitions. The aim is to help you understand contemporary thinking about change in complex organizations and how to apply that knowledge through various models and methods.
What will happen?
This is going to be a 90 minutes session where we are going to cover the introductions of concepts and ideas on systems change in a way that is going to be accessible and easy to understand.

By the end of this guide, you should have a basic understanding of the key aspects of transition processes within complex systems
Logistics
There is a guide for each of these sessions. We vividly recommend you to read each one beforehand to better understand the concepts and enjoy the session fully. The guide for this session is called "Systems Change" and can be found here
