Anti-virus cleaning is carried out at a health complex in the capital Pyongyang's Taedonggang District. Pyongyang imposed a lockdown on a border city about a week ago, saying it had found a suspected COVID-19 infection in a defector who had returned across the heavily fortified Demilitarized Zone that divides the peninsula.
