The Huntingwood DC is responsible for more than 60 per cent of its national inventory, and is in prime proximity to key partners’ distribution hubs.
The adaptable modular palletising system design, featuring 8 Motoman robots, achieves maximum floor space utility. The use of windows based, smart MAX AGVs provides increased flexibility, whilst achieving required productivity rates. Employing proprietary Motoman MotoLogix software, robots can be completely programmed and controlled via the host AB-PLC. This means all unique product programs can be simply changed in an instant, on the fly.
