What do you need to start it?
1. BestSub iSmart Oven or any convectional oven you have
2. Shrink Film Wrap. It gives the pressure to wrap the image onto the mugs or tumblers perfectly. You have to find the right shrink film wrap which can be heated to 180 Celcius degrees
3. Blower Gun, it helps to heat the shrink film wrap the bottle tightly
4. Sublimation Printer. We use Sawgrass SG1000, you can try SG500 or other brands' sublimation printers.
5. Sublimation Paper. You can choose BestSub Otter Pro Sublimation Paper 128grams. It can make high-resolution image transfer onto the hard surfaces.
6. Sublimation Tumblers, Water Bottles or Mugs which already coated for sublimation printing. BestSub is using JS coatings for their sublimation tumblers. It can absorb the sublimation ink and make the printing vivid and satisfy your color transfer demands.
7. Heat-resistant tape. It helps you fix the image onto the sublimation blanks tumblers.
8. Sublimation Oven Glove. You need it to protect your hands from burning during the process.
9. Thermal Tape Dispenser. It can let your heat-resistant tape sit well and improve your printing efficiency.
