My first YouTube post. I'm not the 1st person to post this gem; won't be the last. Still amazed how well the tune fits the words of the Preamble. The only words they couldn't fit: "of the United States" after "We the People." Still a great song. Great music, lyrics & vocals from Lynn Ahrens. From ABC-TV, 1975. An instrumental version of "The Preamble" is played over the closing credits of this and other "America Rock" shorts. FUN FACT: The candidate names listed in the voting booth are the names of people who produced this short. Compare it against the credits at the end.
