Former chief of the Central Narcotics Bureau, Ng Boon Gay, was charged in court today for four counts of corruption involving sexual favours. The 46-year-old is accused of having corruptly obtained sexual gratification from Cecilia Sue Siew Nang between June and December last year.Ms Sue had oral sex with Mr Ng on all four occasions.
