In 2019, bio-med student Gurvin Singh goes viral after handing out £2000 to strangers on the streets of Plymouth. In reality, it was a carefully crafted campaign to put Gurvin in the public eye, where he used his influence to promote a scheme that would have life-changing consequences for some.
