Walking Street is ground zero for night life and red light activity in Angeles City in the Philippines. It is also called Fields Avenue. At night vehicular traffic is blocked off for about 3 blocks and thousands of people walk up and down the street.
Kokomos bar and restaurant is a great place to sit and watch all the activity on the street. Many of scenes were taken from by street row seat there. The streets are filled with hookers, crazies, ladyboys (transgenders), peddlers, The sex trade is alive and well on walking street (Fields) which is filled with girlie bars, restaurants and fun. Many street vendors and great street food can also be found. Foreigners and expats frequent this area, and every type of hustler is there get some of their foreign money.
Both sides of the street on lined with girlie bars – bars with anywhere from 10 to 100 girls dancing and making company with their customers. On the street or free lancers (hookers), many of which are lady boy. It is a popular place for tourist from all over the works, particularly Americans and Koreans.
