The Young Thug / YSL gang racketeering (RICO) conspiracy trial is back in session before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 8:45 a.m. ET / 5:45 a.m. PT.

Legal name Jeffery Lamar Williams, rapper Young Thug is accused of leading the Young Slime Life criminal street gang in a years-long organized crime spree.
Prosecutors have 191 overt acts backing the racketeering conspiracy charge against Thug and his five trial co-defendants, Rodalius Ryan, Deamonte “Yak Gotti” Kendrick, Marquavius Huey, Shannon Stillwell and Quamarvious Nichols.
The acts range from murder to rap lyrics, and the RICO conspiracy charge is in the same indictment as 64 other charges, including two counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder.
