Devastating floods continue to wreak havoc in Australia's New South Wales state. One man has died in Sydney after his car was submerged by rising waters. Thousands have been ordered to evacuate. For some, this is the second time this month they have had to flee because of flash floods. Rivers have burst their banks as an intense weather system dumps record levels of rain. Downpours have started to ease slightly, but water levels at major rivers could surpass their peak levels. Warragamba Dam, Sydney's major water supply, is already overflowing.
