During the cold war, the USA believed that the Soviets had psychic spies that would be remotely gathering intel on them, so the Americans recruited their own spies. While one of their best psychics, Patrick Price, was working he was psychically attracted to a different location, a secret US military base housing aliens underneath an Alaskan mountain.
