#Manipur | The Congress has released its second list of candidates for the upcoming assembly elections. The list includes the names of 10 candidates.
Among the candidates are ex-BJP MLAs P Sharatchandra Singh from Moirang and 3 times ex-BJP MLA Ningthoujam Biren Singh from Sekmai Assembly Constituency. The two former BJP leaders had just resigned from the party and jumped ship to the Congress following the non-issuance of BJP tickets.
