1. Make sure you have all of your materials. This includes a fabric for the purse (I got the faux fur cheetah print fabric from Joanne’s), fabric scissors, a piece of printer paper, and a sewing machine.

2. First you will cut out the fabric. To do so, you will place the piece of paper on the fabric and leave around 2 extra inches when cutting. I am using a liner for the inside of the purse. If you choose to do so as well, you will follow the same steps you did before when cutting the fabric. You will also need to cut the strap. The measurements for the strap is 26x14in.

3. Once everything is cut out, the sewing process starts. First, fold the fabric and liner inside out and sew the sides together. You will do the same process for the strap.

4. For the last steps, sew the trap to both sides of the purse. Then simply turn it right side out, and you’ve finished!
