This Gentle Lesson to Relieve Lower Back Pain and sciatica at home. Annie Thoe is a Feldenkrais Teacher, Assistant Trainer of Feldenkrais Method and Nature awareness teacher. She will help you align your back and hips using the Feldenkrais Method®, a neurological sensory movement method. Improve how your leg is "seated" into the hip socket, coordinate your upper back to reduce muscle tension and reduce back spasms in your lumbar and sacral area by improving the overall organization of how you use your back. DO NOT STRETCH or force any movements. Remarkable effective results in just 10 minutes! This lesson is different from "exercise" or stretching. If it is difficult to reach your knee, use a dishtowel or hand towel to extend your reach in this lesson. *** IF YOU HAVE NERVE PAIN in your neck, be sure to make small movements with your shoulders that do not pull on your neck.
