The police officers whose weapons were discharged during the shooting incident in Morvant on June 27th will no longer be on active duty.

The officers have been removed from administrative and operational duty.

Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith made the announcement at a Media Briefing at the Police Administration Building in Port of Spain on Tuesday.
