A 7 year old boy was rescued from drowning in jhelum river, at Safakadal area of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. A group of locals jumped in and brought the child to the riverbank after they saw him floating and one them gave a mouth-to-mouth cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) saving the life of the child.
