Hundreds of cities in 139 countries had strikes, protests and called for urgent action on Climate Change, in the biggest environmental protest in history (to date). Millions of people took part across the world. The consumers of today, many teenagers, who will inherit the Earth's problems along with everyone else, asking politicians of today, for urgent action now, as even many politicians want action.
Reports from UK and around the world, on protests that have grown and grown to this point in just a few months. In fact, it was 12 months ago that Greta Thunberg made a protest outside her Swedish Parliament (just 12 months ago) that has grown into this today and we hear a little bit from her on this as well.
I have been doing my bit (recycling) since 1987 and am only sorry to the teenagers and the younger generation that will have to deal with inaction from politicians today, of whom too many worry about 'party politics' and their own egos.
