An electric ALLROUNDER moulds on the scissor handles, before a data-matrix-code (DMC) code is applied via laser. The freeformer then adds individualised lettering onto the scissor handle via ARBURG Plastic Freeforming (AKF). The process and quality data is recorded via the ARBURG host computer system ALS.

Eine elektrische ALLROUNDER Spritzgießmaschine spritzt den Scherengriff an einen Rohling und lasert einen Data-Matrix-Code (DMC) auf. Dann bringt der freeformer mittels ARBURG Kunststoff-Freiformen (AKF) einen individuellen Schriftzug auf. Die Prozessdaten von Spritzgießen und additiver Fertigung werden über das ARBURG Leitrechnersystem ALS erfasst.
