Ambleside is the beautiful places in the lake district united kingdom (UK). In this video, I will share about my experiences walking around the lake to Ambleside city via Borran park and roman fort.
I started walking from the Ambleside low Wray area which has nice place to sit and enjoy the lakes, weather and mountains. This places is also good for boating. After around 800m of walk I reached to Waterhead pier area. This places is good for a day stay, have a lots of hotels and things to do. Waterhead pier is famous for the cruise ride and it also has a bus stand for easy reachable. You can enjoy the ice cream in the water-head. Further I walked toward the Barron park (around 300 to 400m) which is beautiful place for family outing. In the summer you can see the lots of daffodils around the lake. Then I headed toward the roman ford, which had only the base of their commanding offices house, headquarters. This was also the best picture to show the history. From there we walked toward the Ambleside city (around 1km). The experience was nice, if somebody visiting UK must visit Lake District.
