Bossy?

Bossy is usually when someone takes charge and tells everyone else what to do almost like a bully. People are usually offended about that.

But decisive is similar. But decisive is about what you want, and you choose.

Many times bossiness gets misjudged when it’s really someone being decisive about what they specifically want, or what might behoove others.

What about in a group setting?

Have you ever been in a group where everyone goes in a circle making decisions?

Usually it’s nice when someone decisive, makes a judgment call and takes the lead.

There are so many variables to this; when this works and when it doesn’t and why decisiveness is useful or not.
