Lumpiang shanghai is a Filipino dish made of a mixture of ground pork (Giniling), egg, garlic ,onion, kinchay, flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Wrapped in a thin egg crepe. It is common staple in gatherings, fiestas and in any occassion for celebration. Budget friendly, easy to make and best paired with sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients:
200 grams ground pork (giniling)
1 medium size carrot grated
1 white onion
25 pieces lumpia wrapper
1 stalk kinchay (chinese celery)
1 large egg
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups cooking oil
