Everhard Industries is a fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer. Founded in 1926, it’s grown into one of the largest suppliers of plumbing and drainage solutions in Australia. When Head of IT, Steve Dobe, joined the business, he knew Everhard had evolved beyond its outdated business management system. Working on QAD, an on-premises solution, meant Everhard couldn't add extra features without massive integrations. Dobe recognised this was holding the business back. Everhard needed a cloud ERP solution and decided to implement Oracle NetSuite to add greater functionality and more flexibility, ensuring continued growth and adaptability. Furthermore, Dobe saw the advantages in a pre-configured solution that required minimal customisations.
