Resep Homemade French Fries (untuk 3-4 porsi)
Bahan:
2 buah kentang ukuran besar
1 sdm garam
Air
70 gr tepung maizena
Fortune Minyak Goreng
French fries original (seaweed mayo):
100 gr mayones
5 gr aonori rumput laut
Garam sesuai selera
Truffle fries:
1 sdt keju parmesan bubuk
1 sdt paprika smoked powder
1 sdm minyak truffle
Parsley, cincang
Lada hitam sesuai selera
Garam sesuai selera
Langkah:
1. Kupas kentang, lalu potong-potong
2. Rendam kentang dengan air dan garam, diamkan selama 30 menit
3. Bilas kentang hingga air menjadi jernih
4. Didihkan air, rebus kentang selama 5-6 menit, tiriskan, diamkan sebentar
5. Siapkan baking paper, susun kentang di atasnya, lalu tambahkan maizena, aduk rata
6. Panaskan Fortune Minyak Goreng, goreng kentang dengan api besar selama 1 menit, lalu kecilkan api, goreng selama 5 menit, angkat dan tiriskan
7. Setelah dingin, goreng kembali kentang hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk, lalu tambahkan sedikit garam
8. Untuk seaweed mayo, campurkan mayonnaise dengan aonori rumput laut, aduk rata
9. Untuk truffle fries, pindahkan kentang ke mangkuk, lalu tambahkan garam, keju parmesan bubuk, paprika smoked powder, lada hitam, minyak truffle, dan parsley, aduk

Homemade French Fries Recipes (yield: 3-4 servings)
Ingredients:
2 pc potato, large
1 tbsp salt
Water
70 g cornstarch
Fortune Cooking Oil
Original French Fries (Seaweed Mayo):
100 g mayonnaise
5 g aonori seaweed
Salt, to taste
Truffle Fries:
1 tsp parmesan
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp truffle oil
Parsley, chopped
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Steps:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
2. Soak it in water and salt for 30 minutes.
3. Rinse until the water is clear.
4. Bring water to a boil and cook the potatoes for 5-6 minutes. Let it cool a bit.
5. Prepare baking paper. Arrange the potatoes on it and coat with cornstarch. Mix well.
6. Heat Fortune Cooking Oil and fry the potatoes on high heat for 1 minute. Then, lower the heat and fry for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
7. After it cools, fry the fries again until golden brown. Drain, transfer to a bowl, and season it with salt.
8. For the Seaweed Mayo, mix the mayonnaise with aonori seaweed. Mix well.
9. For the Truffle Fries, transfer the fries to a bowl and add salt, parmesan, smoked paprika powder, black pepper, truffle oil, and parsley. Mix well.
10. Homemade French Fries are ready to serve.
