Labor’s climate bill is expected to pass through parliament after teal independents and the Greens reportedly secured concessions to support the 43 per cent emissions reduction target.
Greens Leader Adam Bandt is set to announce his party’s position in an address to the National Press Club today.
Labor requires the support of all 12 Greens senators and one crossbench senator when the bill moves to the Upper House next month.
