We are pretty excited about this one -- a 1974 Sparkman & Stephens-designed Tartan 34 sailboat for sale. She was last in the water about 2 years ago and we found her in a utility/salvage yard on the outskirts of Portland, Maine. Sometimes we use the $1,000 per linear foot as a guide to a value deal.... e.g. 40' boat for $40k so $262/ft seems pretty intriguing making this one really stand out.
