Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy Cream
3 Tbs Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbs Bourbon
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl or stand mixer and then mix until the cream thickens, and soft peaks begin to form.
2. Remove to a container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
**Notes**
- I used Buffalo Trace bourbon, but really any decent quality bourbon will work
