Hailing from the parish of St. Thomas, Jason ‘Iya Concord’ Wright’s musical journey began at the age of eleven. Wright’s passion for music intensified after graduating from Yallahs High School and experiencing his first performance gig. He went on to perform at stage shows, concerts, and national events, namely the Tastee Talent Show, and Sting 2006, 2008, and 2011, further developing his skills as a performer. In 2019, Wright entered the Jamaica Festival Song Competition, advancing as a top ten finalist. He is now looking to further develop his craft and take his career to new heights.
