🫐SUGAR FREE CAKE MIX BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS
Sugar free cake mix - white or yellow
1 cup of 5.3 oz blueberry yogurt
1 cup water
1 cup frozen blueberries

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients, but fold in blueberries last. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter using a cookie scoop. Top the muffins with a pinch of granular sugar substitute. Bake mini-muffins for 13 minutes and regular size muffins for 20-25 minutes.

🍫DIET DR. PEPPER CHOCOLATE CAKE - SUGAR FREE

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE
1 box Sugar Free Chocolate Cake mix
12 oz. Diet Dr. Pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
Prepared sugar free pudding
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING
1/4 cup chocolate pudding
1 tub of sugar free cool whip

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add cake mix to a bowl and pour diet Dr. Pepper in slowly so the bubbles don't fizz out. Line with parchment paper and spray 3 - 6" round cake pans (or any pan you prefer). Divide batter into each of the pans. Bake for 25 minutes (times may vary depending on what size pan you use and your oven). Prepare your pudding while baking and cooling your cake. Remove cake and let cool. Let completely cool before poking holes in your cake and filling the holes with chocolate pudding. After filling the holes, layer a small amount of pudding on top of the first layer and repeat for the second and third layer. For the topping, mix your leftover chocolate pudding with a tub of sugar free cool whip. Frost your cake and refrigerate!

🍪SUGAR FREE CAKE MIX CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
sugar free cake mix
1/4 cup granular sugar substitute
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar free baking chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add all ingredients to a bowl, except for the chocolate chips. Mix well and then fold in chips. Scoop out cookie dough with a cookie scoop (whatever size you want), add them to a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten slightly with your finger. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until firm to the touch. Transfer to wire cooling rack after 5 minutes.
