The Kotor Ladder Hike + Fortress climb is a must-do on the itinerary! The hike is actually quite accessible with a gradual incline, the views are breathtaking, + the fortress itself is spectacular. Plus you could even hike beyond the fortress another day to be at the top of the Fjords!
