Sebuah kecelakaan maut terjadi di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, Jumat (21/1) pagi, saat sebuah truk menabrak barisan enam mobil dan belasan sepeda motor di depannya. Kecelakaan itu terjadi di persimpangan menuju Jalan Soekarno-hatta, di Kelurahan Muara Rapak, dan diduga, truk tersebut mengalami kerusakan rem.
Sejauh ini, empat orang tewas dan 13 orang luka-luka akibat kejadian tersebut, saat ini, polisi masih menyelidiki sopir truk dan para saksi mata.
